The Manager of the partnerships is Turf Express Racing, Inc. (Mark A. Cornett). It will have sole authority to make all business decisions for the horses in the partnerships. In making decisions as to horse purchases, sales, training and racing will rely solely on Turf Express Racing, Inc. and its Manager, Mark A. Cornett.

Trainers
Every horse that will be purchased will have a specific plan to maximize the Asset value and earnings of the horse. In order to achive these goals the Manager will continue to use the talents of some of the Industries top Trainers. The manager has a history of success with this team of trainers and plans to continue to capitilize on each of the trainers strengths.
